Delicious Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

Fruity Smoothie 1 (Purple)

  • large handful blueberries
  • 1/2 mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 4-6oz yoghurt plain or coconut milk

Fruity Smoothie 2 (Orange)

  • 1 frozen ripe bananas 
  • 1 peaches 
  • 6 strawberries (large & hulled)
  • 3oz almond milk

Fruity Smoothie 3 (Green)

  • 1/3 medium sized pineapple (peeled, cored & chopped)
  • handful of baby spinach 
  • 1/2 mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 frozen bananas 

Method

  • Simply put all the ingredients in the blender and whiz until smooth. 

* I tend to freeze several chopped bananas once a week and then can just grab a handful to add to the smoothies.
