Delicious Fruit Smoothies
Ingredients
Fruity Smoothie 1 (Purple)
- large handful blueberries
- 1/2 mango (peeled and chopped)
- 4-6oz yoghurt plain or coconut milk
Fruity Smoothie 2 (Orange)
- 1 frozen ripe bananas
- 1 peaches
- 6 strawberries (large & hulled)
- 3oz almond milk
Fruity Smoothie 3 (Green)
- 1/3 medium sized pineapple (peeled, cored & chopped)
- handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 mango (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 frozen bananas
Method
- Simply put all the ingredients in the blender and whiz until smooth.
* I tend to freeze several chopped bananas once a week and then can just grab a handful to add to the smoothies.
