Strawberry & Raspberry Oaty Breakfast Bowl

Makes 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50g gluten free rolled porridge oats (ready cooked in water and cooled down)
  • 2tsp coconut yoghurt (I use CoYo, a coconut milk yoghurt alternative)
  • 4 strawberries
  • a handful of raspberries 
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • almond milk (as much or as little depends on the consistency you like)

Method

  • Put all the above ingredients into the blender and whizz until smooth. 

* I tend to add the almond milk at the very end so I get the perfect consistency. Also, I sometimes add chopped nuts and other fruit.
