Strawberry & Raspberry Oaty Breakfast Bowl
Makes 1 Bowl
- 50g gluten free rolled porridge oats (ready cooked in water and cooled down)
- 2tsp coconut yoghurt (I use CoYo, a coconut milk yoghurt alternative)
- 4 strawberries
- a handful of raspberries
- 1tsp chia seeds
- almond milk (as much or as little depends on the consistency you like)
- Put all the above ingredients into the blender and whizz until smooth.
* I tend to add the almond milk at the very end so I get the perfect consistency. Also, I sometimes add chopped nuts and other fruit.
