Baked Camembert With Honey & Chilli Flakes
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 round camembert
1tbsp olive oil
2tbsp honey
chilli flakes
a few sprigs of rosemary
a few sprigs of thyme
baguette, sliced and toasted
grapes
Method
Remove the cheese from the paper wrapping and place in an oven proof dish.
Using a knife, cross-hatch your camembert.
Season with olive oil, honey, chilli flakes, rosemary and thyme.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is soft.
Serve with toasted baguette slices and fresh grapes.
