Mini Red Velvet Doughnuts
Makes 24 mini doughnuts
Ingredients
- 125g plain gluten free flour
- 150g caster sugar
- 1tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 120ml milk
- 1tbsp butter
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp red food colouring
- oil, to grease donut machine
Method
- Preheat your doughnut maker. (I bought mine here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/VonShef-Electric-Doughnut-Machine-Warranty/dp/B00K7CQOG0)
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the egg, milk, butter, vanilla extract and combine.
- Spray each cavity with oil. Leave to sit for 1 minute.
- Pour approx. 1tbsp of the mixture into each cavity. Then place the lid down.
- Cook for approx. 3 mins.
- Drizzle with icing or whatever you fancy.
